At Colectar, we know that simple, clean products with authentic taste require passion and care. The new COLECTAR BIO range includes milk, sana, kefir, yoghurt and ayran. All have been created from organic whole milk and poured in glass bottles to preserve as much of the flavour and goodness of the milk as possible. Glass recipients are renowned for its quality of not interacting with the food and drink it protects. Plus they are transparent and allow us to see the whiteness of the milk.
To be organic, milk has to meet many conditions, from the natural feeding of animals with fresh grass or green and dry fodder, to the collection of milk and its processing and handling according to strict rules. Our collectors care for these rules with passion and dedication everyday.
How do you know if a product is ORGANIC/ECOLOGICAL?
ORGANIC milk is milk from cows fed with non-chemically treated products, without genetic intervention, and checked by an authorised body. The organic logo 
on the packaging of our Organic milk range is a guarantee for organic products produced in the European Union.
The logo can only be used on products that have been certified as organic by an authorised inspection body. To do this, they must meet certain strict conditions of production, processing, transport and storage.
